Face Yoga

As I have been doing this facial yoga over 4 months, this facial yoga really work on your skin because it helps to increase blood circulation and tighten your skin. What I have realized that it helps to give a perfect shape to your face and make your cheeks look fuller but not make cheek fat.
The best thing about this facial exercise as it works for both cheeks fat and skinny cheeks. Make your face muscles toned and make them slim. It may reduce acne and wrinkle.

STEP 1

BLOW LIKE BALLOON

Yoga for cheeks

Closing your mouth, fill your cheeks with as much air as they can contain. Hold the position for 45 seconds before slowly blowing the air out.

STEP 2

RELAX YOUR FACE

Relax your face by yoga

Relax your face by using your fingers from up to down in a clockwise direction.

STEP 3

BLOW LIKE BALLOON WITH PUT YOUR FINGER ON LIPS.

Yoga for glowing skin

Close your mouth by containing air in and put fingers on lips, hold for 30 secs. Then slowly blowing out air.

STEP 4

PULL YOUR CHEEKS UP

Pulling up cheeks

Pull your cheeks up for 30 secs. It helps your cheeks to look fuller. Again relax your face.
